De Tilburg Law School hosts a symposium on November 15, 2018, on the occasion of the publication of Hans Lindahl’s new monograph, Authority and the Globalisation of Inclusion and Exclusion. The symposium will include the following speakers: Martii Koskenniemi, professor of international law at Helsinki; Günter Frankenberg, professor of constitutional law at Frankfurt; Hans Micklitz, professor of economic law at the European University Institute; Carlos Thiebaut, professor of philosophy at the Universidad Carlos III; Bert van Roermund, emeritus professor of legal philosophy at Tilburg.
