The Internationale Vereinigung für Rechts und Sozialphilosophie (IVR Germany) organizes the congress “Theorien im Recht– Theorien über das Recht”, which takes place from 22nd till 24th September 2016 in Bremen. The congress focuses on questions such as: Can law be understond in theories? What count as a theory on law and what counts as a theory in law? Which concepts, methods and starting points constitute the fundaments of law? The Keynote speakers are n Prof. Dr. Martti Koskenniemi, Helsinki Prof. Dr. Julian Nida-Rümelin, München Prof. Dr. Jan Schröder, Tübingen en Prof. Dr. Dietmar von der Pfordten, Göttingen.
Call for Papers
All those who are interested in the theme and wants to present a paper is invited to submit a title and an abstract of maximum 1000 words, before 31st March 2016. Dutch scholars can present a paper in English.
